Authenticity= Values+Desires+Behavior This was a lesson taught to me by the amazing Kenneth Play that he co-developed with Dr. Zhana.  When we align these three things:  values, desires, behavior  YOU ARE LIVING AUTHENTICALLY...AF This life changing concept is now the equation I follow for EVERYTHING.   Is this something I desire?   Is this something that aligns with my values?  Or, are my values even serving me anymore? And, how am I taking action on my desires?  Am I?  What holds me back? This equation is the key to life.  To joy.
